Bitcoin: only in dreams! El Salvador also has Bitfinex

El Salvador is opening access to Bitfinex Securities, an issue that may be much more pressing than Bitcoin.
Bitfinex Securities - which is different from the exchange - has received a full license, the first in El Salvador. Thus, the group is guaranteed the ability to issue and offer platforms for exchanging tokenized assets. This is a welcome and necessary step that will make Bitfinex the first group to receive such a license in El Salvador and will allow it to operate in markets in the form of tokens, representing both debt and investment contracts as well as financial securities.
The license, according to the official Bitfinex blog, was issued by the National Commission of Digital Assets of El Salvador and will allow Bitfinex to continue its path, defined by its manifesto, to offer financial freedom and inclusion in different parts of the world.
The group's CTO, Paolo Ardoyno, said that he was enthusiastic about this evolution. An evolution that hovered in the air after significant commitments by the group that controls Bitfinex in a country now ruled by Nayib Bukele.

Bitfinex Securities is real news in El Salvador

The web Bitfinex Securities is trying to weave may be more relevant to the digital asset market than the inclusion of bitcoin as legal tender in El Salvador. The group, led by the same holding company that controls Tether's stablecoin, has already launched similar operations in Kazakhstan and aims - which should no longer be a secret - to offer investment products and securities issuance opportunities to companies around the world, using as legal support those countries that show themselves more willing to accept the new digital asset market.
Bitfinex Securities' set of operations is articulated, and there will certainly be reason to revisit it, including analyzing what role it played in the recent crypto/bitcoin events in El Salvador.
