BNB Chain has announced a new collaboration with Google Cloud to support innovative projects on its platform. During the 8th season of the Most Valuable Builder (MVB) program, at least 40 startups will receive assistance from Google Cloud's Web3 Startups Program. This initiative is designed to foster the development of decentralized applications built on the BNB Chain network.
Selected startups may receive up to $350,000 in cloud credits, specifically aimed at projects utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Additionally, amounts up to $200,000 are allocated for other Web3 projects. This financial support is intended to enable creators to leverage Google Cloud's capabilities to expand their applications.
The MVB program is a four-week initiative launched by BNB Chain developers in collaboration with Binance Labs and CMC Labs. It is designed to support startups and developers who contribute to the evolution of the BNB Chain ecosystem and help strengthen the global blockchain sector.
BNB Chain is recognized as one of the largest smart contract ecosystems based on the number of active users. It encompasses BNB Smart Chain, opBNB, and BNB Greenfield, attracting numerous developers and users to engage with various projects.
Currently, the BNB Chain ecosystem hosts over 4,000 decentralized applications, spanning sectors such as decentralized finance (DeFi), metaverses, gaming, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The partnership with Google Cloud will enhance the technical foundation of these projects and accelerate their integration into the Web3 space.
Binance Labs is a major venture capital company and incubation platform focused on supporting early-stage startups. CMC Labs is a selective acceleration program by CoinMarketCap for young developers and companies, aiming to assist startups through professional expert services.
