Social network Solcial launches mainnet on Solana blockchain
Social network Solcial announced the launch of its mainnet on the Solana blockchain, where creators can now mine and sell their Token and NFT online.
The Solcial platform plans to create a hub for content sharing, news tracking and even asset trading in a censorship-free environment, with a token-based subscription model that will allow users to have a certain number of tokens to access the area's paid content.
Royal Caribbean Cruises launches "Wonderverse" metaverse and releases NFT
U.S.-based Royal Caribbean Cruises has officially entered the metaverse by launching a virtual world of digital experiences called Wonderverse, where visitors can download a variety of virtual goods such as food, drinks and entertainment content.
The cruise group also launched a token for access to the virtual world that can be used in retail stores, as well as a distinctive NFT, both of which are currently under patent. "Wonderverse," created in partnership with virtual events platform architect Surreal Events, includes mini-games and events where guests can meet and interact with cruise group leaders in the meta-universe through their digital avatars.

Bitcoin protocol development is progressing steadily despite only 40-60 active developers per month, according to a report by bitcoin-focused investment firm New York Digital InvestmentGroup.
Today, bitcoin developers are scattered around the world. About 84% of the commits on GitHub come from 20 different countries. The report shows that "code contributions have reached 200-400 commits per month," which is steady, measured progress. While the main Bitcoin protocol has an average of 40 to 60 active developers per month, 1,140 developers have contributed to the project since its launch.
